Hi! I'm Katie.
I am a writer raised and currently based in New Jersey. I am a student at Princeton University, studying English literature, with certificates in American Studies and Theater.
I am heavily involved in campus journalism as Publisher of student paper The Nassau Weekly, as well as in student theater, as a sketch writer and lyricist for the Princeton Triangle Club, one of the oldest collegiate musical comedy organizations in the nation. My plays have received readings and productions regionally.
As a freelance journalist, I contribute pieces of film criticism and cultural commentary regularly to publications such as Screen Queens, The Coven Magazine, and FilmEra. My professional experience has also included internships at arts organizations such as ScreenPrism, Flix Premiere, Spec Scout, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
My hobbies include going to museums, reading about ghosts and witches, and writing anything and everything. I love making and talking about movies and theater, and am always excited to talk about new creative opportunities. I am especially passionate about writing projects that represent diverse narratives and provoke thought or political engagement,
